Conecta Immigrant is a digital marketplace platform that connects users with independent service providers across Canada. All services offered through this platform are provided and fulfilled by third-party providers.

Nature of Services

All services listed on our platform are delivered by independent contractors, not by Conecta Immigrant directly. As such, the responsibility for service quality, delivery, and results lies solely with the provider.

Refund Requests

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to the following terms:

– Users must contact the **service provider directly** to request a refund or resolve any disputes.

– Providers are solely responsible for their own refund and satisfaction policies, in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

– Conecta Immigrant does not guarantee the refund process, but may assist in mediating communication between parties where appropriate.

No Liability Disclaimer

Conecta Immigrant does not warrant the performance, safety, or legality of any service delivered by providers. We act strictly as an intermediary and assume no responsibility for the conduct or results of any third-party engagement.

Mandatory Receipts and Invoicing

Users are advised to request official receipts (“tickets”) from the service provider for any transaction. This documentation may be necessary for tax, immigration, or other legal purposes and is the sole responsibility of the provider.

Provider Declaration

By joining Conecta Immigrant as a service provider, each contractor declares and certifies that:

– They possess the legal right, licenses, and qualifications to perform the services offered.

– They comply with all relevant federal, provincial, and municipal regulations governing their trade or profession in Canada.

– They accept full responsibility for the work performed and any liability arising from it.

Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise between a client and a provider, the parties are encouraged to resolve it directly. Conecta Immigrant may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication but does not provide legal arbitration.
